The "A" discussion group, chaired by Julie Chahal of Ottawa, included community network enthusiasts from Halifax, Fredericton, Ottawa, Peterborough, Toronto, Halton County - Ontario, London, Niagara Falls, Windsor, Manitoba and Amsterdam. It was soon apparent that all community networks were having similar experiences and facing the same problems.
