What skills will you contribute to the NCF Board?

My attention to details and my user perspective. As they say: "a happy customer is a returning customer". With this in mind, I have spent most of my professional life as a business analyst, translating business needs into requirements. I see user experience as paramount in today's world as loyalty is gone.

What are the most important functions of the NCF for its members?

The most important functions of NCF are to keep ensuring easy and affordable access to the Internet, its "raison d'être" since its inception in the early 1990's. This includes expanding to new platforms when required (e.g. DSL, then FTTH) as well as offering other related services (e.g. email), and provide means for people of the community to exchange (message boards, etc.).

Why do you want to be an NCF director?

As someone who keeps analyzing and comparing options for anything technology-related, I believe that I can bring new ideas on how to promote NCF to see it expand its membership.
