Dr. Denis Wall operates D. Wall Research Group in Ottawa, acting as consultant to governments and other organizations across Canada. He holds a Ph.D in intercultural education from the University of Alberta, along with an M.Ed. degree and teacher cetification. He specializes in policy development and analysis, program evaluation and strategic planning in formal and non-formal contexts. He has worked in South Africa with the Commonwealth of Learning, has done research on working and learning conditions for major Canadian teacher organizations; research on aboriginal and minority education issues; and has done sessional teaching at the University level. Since 1987 he has been an Adjunct Researcher, Canadian Circumpolar Institute, and a member of the Canadian Association of International Development Consultants, Ottawa (2000/1). He is Vice-Chair of Ottawa's Canterbury High School Council and Member, "Action Canterbury", the strategic planning sub-committee of the School Council, Canterbury High School. 2002/2
