NCF was officially registered as a federal not-for-profit corporation on September 29, 1992. Here are the original Objects of the Corporation reflecting NCF's founding purpose.
At the 2025 Annual General Meeting, NCF's membership voted to update NCF's purpose to better reflect our work.
The current objects of the Corporation are:
NCF is managed by an elected Board of Directors, chosen by and from our membership. The Board meets monthly, and posts agendas of upcoming meetings and minutes of past meetings.
The Annual General Meeting is a more detailed look back at the previous year’s activities, including our annual audited financial statements, and is a chance for members to vote for the Board of Directors.
