You'll find helpful members (and NCF staff &
volunteers) ready to answer questions. It's also a
great place to find out if anyone else is having or
has had the same problem, and what they figured out.
Members helping members is one of NCF's
founding philosophies!
For issues that cannot
be solved by searching and asking members, please use
NCF's Office Messages to send a message to the NCF
Office. Office staff will generally be able to reply
within a weekday, often within hours or minutes.
Finally, if you need to
reach the NCF office, the normal office hours, phone
number, and location are listed below. Staff are
pleased to help with questions that cannot be
answered by the above methods.

What to expect when you use NCF Office
Message
The 'Office Message' service makes it possible to
leave a message for the office and track its progress
(by using the 'Office Messages' link on the
bottom-left of your StartPage).
Office staff will see your message and reply. If you
provide an email address, you'll receive notification
by email when a reply is waiting for you.

The 'NCF Office Message' service and improve NCF Help

avoiding missed phone messages and 'telephone
