March   3 - Notice of AGM to members (required to be 21 to 35 days notice)
March 13 - Nomination Period starts at 8:00am
March 14 - Deadline for Special Resolutions at 11:59pm
March 16 - Due date for the Nomination Committee report to be circulated to Board
March 16 - Audited financial statements due date for circulation to Board
March 17 - Board Meeting to approve nominations, KPMG audit and review any Special Resolutions
March 20 - Nomination period ends at 11:59pm
March 23 - Deadline for Candidate info and reports at 11:59pm

March 24 - AGM starts at 9:00am
March 31 - AGM ends at 6:00pm
